Description of the Villa
This modern villa (built in 2009) has a surface area of approximately 450 m² (including the terrace) and is located on a 1650 m² plot of land. There is also a covered gate (with access to the beach) and a carport. The villa features a living room, a large covered terrace (open on the outside) where meals are enjoyed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, and a massage room that can easily be converted into a bedroom if there are more than 10 guests. These rooms open onto a spacious terrace with a swimming pool that overlooks the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is walled, ensuring maximum privacy. The gates to the street and the beach are closed after 7 PM.
The living room is equipped with a stereo system, a CD/DVD player, and an LCD television (with both cable and satellite TV). Free wireless internet and the use of a laptop are available. A safe is provided for your valuables. Bali Villa Dunia Seni can accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults and 2 children), making it suitable for both families and groups. You will never have to share the villa with people outside your own party. Enjoy the authentic atmosphere, privacy, peace, and quiet of the northern part of this beautiful island. The Surroundings
Bali Villa Dunia Seni is located approximately 95 kilometers north of Ngurah Rai International Airport on Bali’s north coast; about 15 kilometers east of Singaraja and 2 kilometers east of Air Sanih. The villa is situated in the village of Bukti on Jalan Air Sanih.

Always Warm – CLIMATE
The average daytime temperature is 28° Celsius, and the average nighttime temperature is 22° Celsius – generally pleasant with a light breeze. The sea temperature is around 28° Celsius.
Bali has two seasons: the dry season runs from April to November. The wet season is characterized by short, heavy rainfall (monsoon) from December through March. Most of the rain typically falls in the evening and at night.
