Villa specifications

This modern villa (completed in 2009) has approximately 450 m² of accommodation (including the terrace area) and is situated on a plot of 1650 m². In addition there is is covered entrance to the beach and a carport. The Villa has a living room, a large covered terrace (open to the outside) where the meals are served, a modern kitchen, 5 double bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms, and a massage room, which we convert into an additional sleeping room, when the number of guests exceed 10. These rooms lead onto the large terrace with a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea. All the rooms are air conditioned. The villa is surrounded by walls, giving a maximum privacy. The exits to the street and the beach are closed after 19 hours.

The living room contains a stereo, a cd/dvd player and an LCD TV (with cable as well as satellite television). Free wireless internet and the use of a laptop are available. Also available for your convenience is a locked vault. Bali Villa Dunia Seni can accommodate up to 12 persons (10 adults and 2 children) making it excellent for families as well as groups. Understandably, you as the guest will not be required to share this villa with people outside of your own group of people.
