Tourist visa cost on arrival; airport tax on departure

Most people will automatically receive a 30 day tourist visa stamp upon entry into an Indonesian airport. Since early 2016 there is no cost involved.

Upon leaving Bali you used to be charged with an additional airport tax of IDR 200.000 per person (± € 13).  This was also abandoned a few years ago.
